Just like before, when you publish a collection, a pop-up will show how many assets were successfully published, how many are ready to be published, and how many cannot be published due to lack of access.

What’s new: You can now export a detailed report showing the list of assets that were published, those ready to be published, and those that cannot be published—along with the reason. This allows you to review and make any necessary updates before confirming the publish, making the process more efficient and transparent.

To improve login security, we now support MFA using a verification code sent to your registered email. After entering your email and password, you’ll be prompted to enter this MFA code to complete the login.

This is an optional, on-demand feature that can be enabled by an administrator. Please contact your admin to activate it.

To streamline task management when users leave or change roles, we now support bulk reassignment of ongoing tasks from one user to another across the platform.

This feature allows Entity Owners and Admins to transfer all predefined, traffic, and user-owned tasks from User X to User Y in a single action. Task Owners can reassign only the tasks they personally own.

A centralized interface for task reassignment is now available, making it easy to reassign multiple tasks at once.
