We’ve improved the Rich Text Editor to provide a better reading and editing experience for users.

What’s New:

• Proper Text Wrapping: Long lines of text now wrap correctly within the editor, ensuring that content remains fully visible and easy to read—without getting cut off on the side.
• Read-Only Fullscreen View: A new fullscreen mode is available for all users. This view expands the editor into a larger layout, making it easier to read rich content without distractions.

These enhancements apply across all areas where the Rich Text Editor is used, including Collections, Entity, Campaign details, and more.

We’ve added enhanced metadata configuration to the Entity Search feature, giving administrators more control over what’s displayed in the search results.

What’s New:

Admins can now configure the visibility of key metadata fields such as:

• Campaign ID
• Company Name
• And other relevant entity attributes

Where to Find It:

Go to Admin > Planning Tool > Entity Search to manage which metadata fields appear in the entity search results.

This update improves flexibility and ensures a more tailored and meaningful search experience across entities.

We've enhanced the Registration Table in the Admin panel (Admin > User Request) to help administrators better monitor access requests.

Two new columns have been added:

• When Access Was Requested – Captures the exact time a user requests access to the application.
• When Approved – Records when the access request is approved.

Where to Find It:

Go to System Setting > User Request to view the updated registration table.

Important Note:

If a user logs in using SSO before their access request is approved, their request will automatically be removed from the table. This is because logging in via SSO grants them direct access.
