We’ve enhanced the approval workflow by adding a mandatory comment box during approval actions.

What’s New:

Approval Text Box: Users can now enter comments or notes while approving items in the workflow. This helps provide better context, clearer communication, and improved tracking of approval decisions.

Where to Find It:

This feature is available within the Approval Workflow screen when performing an approval action.

This release includes a number of small improvements and fixes across the system. Workspace task summaries are now better organised based on the In Progress count for easier visibility. An Archive option has been added to Entity Status, and collection lists are now displayed in the correct entity order. New settings have also been introduced to show or hide asset details such as Description, Entity Status, and Created By. In addition, issues related to updated dates, unpublishing assets within collections, email notifications for mentions in Tasks and Attachments, and person tagging in Tasks have been resolved. Admin users can also now view personalised notifications.
